Company description

Vialegis operates in the recruitment and staffing industry, specializing in the placement of permanent and temporary legal professionals. Our core expertise covers lawyers in private practice, in-house legal counsels, tax specialists, compliance officers, notarial lawyers, paralegals, and other profiles requiring a law degree. Since 2020, we have also been placing senior HR professionals, and we are gradually expanding into legal-related areas such as compliance, tax, and risk.

Our strong results are driven by our unique positioning as a recruitment firm “for and by lawyers.” All of our recruiters have a legal background, which allows us to connect with candidates as peers and speak the language of our clients. This creates trust and enables us to assess not only technical skills but also ambition, communication style, and cultural fit. By prioritizing quality over volume and maintaining close relationships, we differentiate ourselves from more transactional, keyword-driven approaches.

As a true first mover in legal recruitment in the Benelux, we have built the largest and most established network of legal professionals in the market. Over the years, we have developed deep expertise and credibility, supported by the most experienced team of consultants in the field. This legacy gives us a unique competitive edge: we know where to find talent, how to approach it, and how to create lasting matches that benefit both candidates and clients.

We focus on leveraging our Benelux presence, strengthening our role as long-term career advisors for candidates, and increasing our visibility in the legal community through networking events and close personal contact. These efforts ensure that we remain top of mind for both legal professionals and hiring managers.

We have also adapted to industry challenges such as talent shortages and rising competition by committing to speed, quality, and transparency. With a 48-hour turnaround, proactive candidate follow-up, and clear communication, we maintain a high proposal-to-start success rate for Legal Interim Management. In Search & Selection, we emphasize a candidate-driven approach, positioning ourselves as career coaches who guide professionals towards roles that align with their skills and long-term goals.

Customer satisfaction and loyalty are at the heart of what we do. We nurture long-term relationships through open communication, regular follow-up, and deep understanding of our clients’ needs.

We are committed to building a strong community of clients, candidates, and colleagues, supported by high engagement and alignment. At the same time, we continue to invest in technology and innovation to be tech-enabled. And above all, we safeguard the quality and human touch that set Vialegis apart, combining the strength of technology with a Human First approach.
